11/9/2023 0 Comments Zocdoc united center vaccineThe Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) and ZocDoc are partnering to provide a new scheduling platform that will aggregate all available appointments throughout the city.Pharmacies across Chicago have received vaccines and are scheduling their own appointments.The vast majority of people getting the vaccine will get them through their healthcare provider.You can also register for these sites by calling 31. Individuals under the age of 18 will need a parent with them in person to provide consent at every city site except Wrigley, where consent can be given over the phone or in person. Wrigley Field is also administering vaccines to those 12 years old and up, and individuals can register using ZocDoc.
